Scavo's was created one day in San Jose California when the founders were having breakfast at a cozy little cafe. The service was great, the food was excellent and the experience was marvelous.

With an average of more than 18 years restaurant experience amoung them, it's not surprising that this group starting contrasting the wonderful experience they were having with many of the other restaurants they had been in. Given this, they decided to form a business to teach restaurant owners and staff techniques to grow their business from within.
